Then you need the Got Lift? Strength Class with Zach!
Got Lift? incorporates tried-and-true training techniques to gain additional strength and power. The class runs for 4 weeks and includes the following:
– Individual coaching by Zach during classroom sessions. Emphasis is placed on the ‘big lifts’ and video coaching is used to improve technique.
– Every three sessions, detailed training plans are created for each athlete including information on on exercises, reps, sets, weights, metcons, and warm-ups.
– Additional coaching on nutrition and recovery to support gains and keep the progress coming!
During our last five week course, the Got Lift! group experienced some serious training gains, including:
– Hamilton added 60lbs to his 1RM squat.
– Los added 65 pounds to his CrossFit Total
– Brian squatted 330lbs for five reps over three sets! (over double body weight, for a guy who says ‘his legs were never strong before!’).
